Housing Resources Bainbridge

Housing Resources Bainbridge (HRB) is a community land trust, conserving land for permanently affordable homes for rent and sale to low- and moderate-income households.

Stewardship of our residents and homes is a vital component: We work with buyers for many months to ensure they are mortgage ready and their housing costs are sustainable; we support our renters as they navigate the social service landscape; we keep our rental properties in good repair and support owners with home maintenance. Because our homes are permanently affordable, your gift will help secure housing stability for generations of families to come.

HRB also offers Independent Living at Home which helps income-eligible older adults and people with disabilities age in place by providing health and safety modifications free of charge.
