Our mission:

To enrich and improve the lives of our neighbors by coordinating an annual campaign that supports nonprofit organizations serving Bainbridge Island.

What makes One Call for All unique?

• 100% of the money received by OCFA goes directly to the nonprofit(s) you designate. We pay credit card fees and brokerage fees for stock gifts, so our nonprofit partners will receive your donation in full.
• Our annual Red Envelope campaign helps reduce direct mail solicitation for every Bainbridge household and fundraising costs for our nonprofit partner agencies.
• We are also a nonprofit, run by one part-time Director, along with a working, all-volunteer board with broad community representation. While we raise more than $2 million annually for nonprofits that serve Bainbridge, our operating budget is only about $100K per year.
• We make giving easy! Island residents can easily and securely donate to multiple organizations using a simple donor form included in the annual Red Envelope campaign materials or on our website. Just click on Donate Now to make a credit card donation online; or download, print, fill out, and send in a copy of our Donation Form to pay by cash, check, or credit card. We can also accept gifts of appreciated assets, or qualified charitable distributions from your IRA (contact Lisa for more info).

One Call for All ensures that each organization participating in the Red Envelope campaign:

1. Is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) organization
2. Is registered as a charity (eligible to receive charitable donations) with the Washington State Secretary of State’s office
3. Serves Bainbridge Islanders in some way

Donors are encouraged to research recipient organizations through their websites and third-party sites such as GuideStar and Charity Navigator.
