Battle Point Astronomical Association
Partner agency since 1995
Battle Point Astronomical Association operates Battle Point Observatory, a place where people of all ages can experience science and astronomy firsthand.
Through planetarium shows, public Star Parties, science talks, hands-on workshops, youth programs, school outreach and community events, BPAA creates opportunities to look through a telescope, explore the night sky, ask questions and discover more about the universe around us.
Our programs reach children, students, families and lifelong learners throughout Bainbridge Island and Kitsap County. Volunteers and community support make it possible to bring astronomy out of the textbook and into real experiences -- at the Observatory and beyond.
Your support helps BPAA keep science accessible, engaging and part of our community.
