West Sound Treatment Center

Improving lives and restoring hope, together we move forward. That’s West Sound Treatment Center’s motto and how we conduct the business of providing treatment and services to people struggling with substance use disorders. We don’t just wait for people to come to us – we have programs that reach out to unhoused and/or incarcerated members of the community to determine what they need, and then we help them to meet those needs through case management, housing, education, job placement, and court-involved services so that they can become healthy, whole, and productive. Our office in Poulsbo serves Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap, and we also have Bremerton and Port Orchard locations, with counselors who work in the courts and the jail, as well. Supporting treatment defeats addiction!
