Bainbridge Island 4-H Club
4-H is the nation’s largest youth development organization. Bainbridge Island 4-H is led by adult volunteers who focus on the development of life-skills in youth 5-19 years of age through a variety of projects, following the 4-H slogan of “Learn by Doing”. Head, Heart, Hands, and Health are the four H’s in 4-H .
The Bainbridge Island 4-H Club is committed to empowering youth through hands-on learning, leadership opportunities, and community service. We provide a welcoming environment where young people can explore their passions in poultry, gardening, dog training, sewing, cooking, leadership, and photography. Through engaging projects, mentorship, and teamwork, our members develop essential life skills such as responsibility, communication, and problem-solving. Our 4-H members actively participate in the Kitsap County Fair, public presentations, summer camp, and community service projects, gaining valuable experiences that shape their growth and confidence. Founded nationally in 1902, 4-H is the largest youth development organization in the U.S. The Bainbridge Island 4-H Club has proudly served our community since 1985. Donations help fund meeting spaces, educational materials, scholarships, and activities. Your support helps us build a stronger future, ensuring that our youth have access to enriching opportunities.
