Peninsula Community Health Services

Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a nonprofit community health center that has served Kitsap, Mason, and Pierce counties since 1987. PCHS provides comprehensive, patient‑centered care including primary medical services, preventative and restorative dental care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, and pharmacy services through an integrated care model that treats the whole person.

We continue to expand access to care and recently opened a clinic on Bainbridge Island to better serve that community. PCHS is also exploring food access and nutrition‑focused initiatives, recognizing the essential role food security plays in health and wellness. In addition, PCHS has expanded into housing initiatives, offering project‑based housing for low‑income families and workforce housing for our dedicated staff.

Donations to PCHS support our patient assistance program and are directed toward addressing key social risk factors rather than operating expenses, helping improve health outcomes and stability for our patients.
