Bainbridge Island Sportsmen’s Club

The Club is open to sports men, women, and families. BISC provides three ranges to members and the public: archery, shotgun, pistol-caliber. Operated and maintained by volunteers, BISC operates these outdoor venues to promote recreational shooting sports, gun safety and to educate the community in the safe, proper use of firearms and archery equipment for recreation, competition, hunting. BISC has a special emphasis on youth archery programs. In April, BISC hosts a free Kids Fishing Derby. At Thanksgiving and Christmas, BISC hosts holiday meals for those in need. For lessons, coaching, or practice for archery, shooting and fly-casting, contact the club. An Island tradition for over 90 years, BISC annually hosts WDFW Hunter’s Education courses. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and other groups can use the clubhouse for meetings. In June, BISC awards a scholarship to a graduating high school senior.
