United Way of Kitsap County

Since 1937, the United Way of Kitsap County has been dedicated to investing in initiatives that strengthen communities and build partnerships that create positive change. Our primary focus areas—Health, Education, and Financial Stability—allow us to provide long-term solutions that significantly impact people’s lives.

We are making a difference with programs like:

• ABCD Dentistry program, which helps families find children’s dentists for kids under five, ensuring our youngest community members receive quality dental care
• The Dolly Parton Imagination Library because we believe every child deserves access to quality education, this program mails age-appropriate books to children aged 0-5 at no cost, fostering inspiration and supporting early learning
• Volunteerkitsap.org, our volunteer website, which brings together volunteers and the organizations who need them
• Our newest program “United Way’s Good Neighbor Fund” which helps fill the gaps of need in our community by providing gas vouchers, laundry cards, minor auto repairs and bus tokens
