At Kitsap Legal Aid Services [KLAS], we believe in the ideal of justice: that the legal system and legal assistance should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income and background.

Our team connects community members with volunteer attorneys, staff attorneys, and legal professionals to ensure that those facing housing discrimination, eviction, domestic violence, divorce, bankruptcy, debt, probate, and other critical legal issues receive the professional advice, representation, and support they need. The free civil legal aid KLAS provides to hundreds of our low-income neighbors is proven to increase positive outcomes for those we serve.
