P.A.W.S. of Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap

For 48 years, PAWS of Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap has served the community through its many programs and services. PAWSBINK currently has two adoption centers at Pleasant Beach Village and Kingston, where we work to place cats coming to us as surrenders, found pets and transfers from overpopulated rescues. Our other programs include:

  • Veterinary Assistance and Spay/Neuter financial support for low-income community members and local tribal nations;
  • Safe Harbor program for community members facing a life crisis;
  • Pets & Loving Seniors Program, placing a foster cat or dog with low-income seniors who otherwise could not afford pet care;
  • Pet Food Bank serving local food banks, including the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe;
  • Cat sanctuary housing long-term cats needing more time prior to adoption;
  • Mamas Last Litter Program, ensuring pregnant cats and their litters are spayed/neutered, and
  • Community education programs.
