Make Some Noise: Cure Kids Cancer Northwest

Make Some Noise: Cure Kids Cancer – Northwest was founded by a child fighting cancer. Our Northwest Chapter raises private research donations and helps to raise the awareness of these terrible childhood diseases. Administratively self-funded, all donations received are Granted to CAR T-cell immunotherapy research and clinical trials at Seattle Children’s Hospital Research Institute, where efforts directed by Bainbridge Island’s own Dr. Michael C. Jensen continue to show great promise. Our efforts to date have resulted in Grants of over $400,000.00 thanks to private Donors. This immunotherapy research has been expanded to now include solid tumors such as Neuroblastoma and Sarcomas in addition to ALL and AML leukemia, brain and nervous system tumors. There are currently over 400 patients in clinical trials at Seattle Children’s. The demand for research funding is critical. Our Mission is to raise funds to support this exciting research.
